Rihanna e Taylor Swift lideram as indicações ao MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA), que será realizado em 11 de novembro em Frankfurt, na Alemanha.

Rihanna concorre a seis prêmios, enquanto Taylor Swift é indicada a cinco categorias. Justin Bieber e Katy Perry disputam quatro prêmios no EMA.

Arctic Monkeys, Muse e The Killers também estão entre os indicados ao prêmio deste ano.

O EMA é considerado uma celebração da música ao redor do mundo, embora costume se concentrar nos principais artistas norte-americanos que são populares internacionalmente e, por isso, têm apoio dos fãs que votam pelos vencedores.
